There are two different ways that you can register to join us at Zumba® Fitness with Michelle Cabral. You can click here for a printable registration form and waiver. Fill it out and mail it with a check to:

The easiest way is to pay online using PayPal's secure payment portal by clicking on the buttons below. You will then be taken to the online registration page where you can fill in the form and submit it via the site.
